    • Developed agendas, facilitation guides, minutes, notes, outlines, and tic-tocs for use at PLA forum planning committee, PLA forums, Ex-Officio meetings, and Division of Student Affairs FALCON meetings.

  • “Use technological resources with respect to maximizing the efficiency and effectiveness of one’s work” (p. 24)

    • Used technological resources such as Google docs and Trello to streamline my workflow to improve efficiency in the workplace.  Technological resources allowed me to keep track of my work in one place.

  • “Demonstrate an understanding of how physical space impacts the institution’s educational mission” (p. 24)

    • Learned about how environments impact mission through CSP 6030 and put it into practice during Spring 2016 when the Division of Student Affairs moved from Conklin Hall to Hayes Hall.

  • “Describe ethical hiring techniques and institutional hiring policies, procedures, and processes” (p. 24)

    • Served as a facilitator for residence life hiring process where I evaluated students based on several factors and provided feedback to the Office of Residence Life.
